ignore those small spiders they dont give even exp. just focus the queen. bye your comment you are lvl 15 you should have some master/lvl 5 spells. meteor or storm or hailstorn. you can let one of your chars out of fight and the moment fight starts cast it with him on queen.
or while the queen is talking to your char unchain and positining your other partymembers well enaugh.
summon mobs to assist you. use granates and scrolls in fight.
OR lay granats on the ground and when fight starts detonat them.
it is managable. i mean it would be not fun if it was too easy.
There are boots that are sometimes & rarely sold in stores that have immune to slow. That is the counter to the sandstorm area (weatherproof talent is also one, but not worth lv5 geo unless you going geo-wiz).
Powering through and crowd control are your other choice.
