Can Spells Crit?
So I'm looking at the abilities and the "two handed" talent gives crititical hit chance. Can abilities (Fire touch, fireball) deal critical hits? or is it only talking about it being applied when you use the staff's actually melee attack?

I'm not sure that two-handed actually affects staves at all. I put points into it for a test, confirmed the points, and it didn't budge the staff damage numbers.

I haven't seen a spell do critical damage in 2 full runs of the game (vanilla + EE), so i'd say... no, spells certainly do not appear to crit.

Edit : I just tried the following : take off my 2 weapons (wands) on my mage. The damage of any spells are unchanged.

So it looks like the damage of your weapon does not influence the damage of your spells at all. Only intelligence value does.

And I firmly believe that the crit chance only applies to actual weapon attack, not spells indeed.
