EE Tactician Trap House Chest Key

How do I get this thing? It's driving me mad. I come near and it disappears.

high perception, I equipped items and cast burn my eyes to achieve 10, keys is revealed.

Or failing that, trip the fireball trap in the main room and dump the chest in front of one of them.

Ah thank you, it wasn't clear to me it was a perception issue.

I'm not lacking for ways to open the chest, I'm probably too far past for the content to matter anyway. Just the actual puzzle was getting to me.
