(Spoilers) Anyone know what this item does?
Sovereign Orb. I keep picking them up. Is there a crafting recipe that does something with them?

It kind of looks like a holy hand grenade to me if i remember right.

I'm sure its for a healing grenade but I've tried everything I can think of to combine with it. Raw ingredients, potions, elixirs .....et al. I give up atm

Magic starfish .. that was obscure.. even tried a rabit paw. pixie d + starfish them magic starfish plus the empty orb + holy gren

starfish + pixi dust = magic starfish now combine it with sovern orb and its a healing granade..
