Disable red/white outline on enemies/characters?
Is there any way? I'm fine with the circles only, i don't really want that thick outline every time i point my mouse at someone. Thought there would be an option to turn it off.

I'm not sure about when you actually place your mouse over people, but all the highlight options are in the options menu. I personally don't see what the problem is, but to each their own

Not that. ~ is for blue permanent outline, i'm talking about the one that appears on mouse hover.

Options > Game > Scroll to User Interface > Set 3 drop-downs to your preferred level of outlining. One of those options is to set all 3 to "None".
