Cant get out of the tutorial dungeon.

The door at the end(after defeating ragequin) is locked and I can't find any key or lever to open it, am I missing something?

He didnt drop a key -_- Ill start a new profile and see if it happens again.

There is also a key in a chest after a large poison cloud.

That key is for opening the door nearby. They also provide a hidden lever for that door, so the key isn't required.

As was mentioned, the one that gets you out of the dungeon should be dropped by Ragequin.

Hold down alt, and run all around, to make sure you have line of sight aroudn the coffin till you find that key. I've done the tutorial dungeon many times and he's always dropped the key.

You could have also backtracked, and went out the way you got in.
