Madora as a tank for Tactician mode?
Do you think that madora can be used for tactician mode as a tank? or is better to use a shield warrior or spec her for shield?

Enemies hit hard, so as a 'true' tank, I think a shield would be desireable.

That said, you don't NEED a true tank, if you supplement with healing, CC, and the occasional summon. I use her as my 'tank', but with heavy support. Her 'comeback kid' talent also helps, especially when paired with regeneration.

Also, the enemies seem smart enough to attack my backline characters, so don't expect a tank to hold the aggro with an entire mob of enemies.

With the new rebalancing of hp/damage, it is much more effective to CC than to tank damage.

Working fine for me and my mates playthrough, we're about level 7 I think and she rarely bites the dust.

But it kinda depends whats there to back her up, we got a huge focus on controlling the fight via status effects, so the amount of direct hits she takes is as little as possible.

In tactician right? im indecided if go ranger rogue for my 2 main character and go with maodra and jahan. if she can tank well i think i can go with her. ignoring her 2h competence and spec her for shield is a waste?

Yes, I am playing tactician.

Both builds will work, depends on how you play her. Two-handed will need more healing/CC support, but seems to work just fine. Also, given how tactician mode likes to add reinforcements, the added DPS to keep from being overwhelmed is a lifesaver.

You can also increase her surviability through gear selection to make up for the loss of a shield.

I will go for ranger and Rogue mains so :) thank you for your insight, may i ask you for ranger how much point to find all secrets with perception i need? I suppose pumping some perception on my ranger can be a good idea but im unsure if not give her speed is a wrong choice

I don't know the minimum to find everthing. But the game has a very clear way of informing you that your current perception is insufficent, and maybe time to get some perception gear

Click.....Boom......Burn.......Scream.....Gack.....Silence

(Also, I'd recommend picking up the mage companion to round out your stabby-twangy-slashy party.)

There is always the option to get gear with +perception. That way you can adjust it as needed. My main is a high INT wandslinger, so I currently have +3 perception from stacked gear to keep from sweeping for landmines with my feet.

Or split between points and gear.
