[NG+] No New Game Plus?
Question might appear obvious, as the game doesn't support it. Shame it doesn't, imo. Would've been a 10/10 in my eyes if it was, as I'm too disencouraged to replay everything.

NG+ are for noobs. This game has hardmode+ironman. If you party wipes, your save is gone.

Congrats for the most useless comment of the day. :dwarven:

BTT
My guess is, that they skipped it as it would need even another balancing cycle, and they often outlined how much work tactician mode allegedly was.

I wouldn't Kexin's comment was useless... I mean he said in a way that's very immature but useless?.. no.

NG+ isn't well suited for this game in my eyes, the game is too strategic and focused on story, it might work in action games like borderlands and dark souls but for a game like this doing the exact same content at the exact same difficulty would get dull.

This is why the new modes are put in, seeing as you know everything about the game now - these modes change it up, make it harder, add new enemies etc.

Truly agree with you even though I still desire NG+. You see, I also favor exploration, and I'd like to uncover more secrets that this game hides.

also having NG+ to wreck the house of everything in the game with your character a 2nd time is just plain fun.

Tactician is unforgiving and challenging, such as, you get more mobs to fight in encounters who have more health, defenses, dps and are not afraid to use all their skills against you. It does take solid game play / team work to get through them.

The only downside to Tactician mode I have seen is that you have to squeeze every XP point out of every location (hidden ones too) in order to get your lvl on part with the mobs you are fighting.

1 lvl difference between you and the enemy mobs makes a big difference in this mode, so while the fights are far more challenging, it adds a layer of frustration for some who want a more challenging experience without the xp deficet issue.

Your game play experience will vary depending on what your use to, however so far mine has been pretty good!

Many would argue the opposite, that the only way to get a remote challenge is to avoid enough fights that you don't get overleveled. Some people say they can get to level 15 for the Hiberheim boss who's level 12, which trivializes what can otherwise be a challenging fight.

NG+ would be fun but a boatload of balancing work to make it any sort of challenge. First order of business would be to nerf master skills so they don't destroy everything before the fight begins.

why do any balancing? if ya want the challenge, make a new character. if ya wanna purge all who stands stands before you, NG+
