Cross platform?

I see on the store page it says that this is cross-platform. I couldn't find any other detail about it but just wanted to confirm that if I get this on PS4 then I can play co-op with the PC version? I know there's split screen, but I'm kind of selfish and want a whole sreen, ta.

Edit: hmm... just read a description on an Outside Xbox video that says Xbox users can play if they are on Windows 10. Makes me think it might not be for PS4.
