end game
I'm tired of not knowing what to do next and just want to finish the game. I'm in the backward King Crab Inn. What do I do next. There are 2 locked doors I can't get past and I've already talked to the Trife.
Thanks for any help

I believe in the cellar there is a key that opens the locked door to the cabinet with a portal.

End game was the biggest drag of this game. Give me some hard tactical fights.... not some dumb puzzles.

You also will have to burn astarte's body to get through the last door. I didn't figure that out until after, but using a magical unlock scroll can get you past it lol.

I hate dream sequences in every game I've played. So pretty annoyed they added it here, otherwise EE was very enjoyable. I also would prefer hard fights to puzzles. Puzzles are good for early - mid game but kinda of annoy me at the end.

Usually you are pretty into it and on the edge of your seat as you near the final moments but instead you get mad at puzzles that break the flow.

On a good note, there are good fights after this silly sequence :)

That's the last part of that sequence, it's outside the inn. You can't miss it, there are a number of people around her crying.

This. So much this. Puzzles that have no rational basis add ZERO to games.

If a villian wanted to protect an item, and he used a lock and a hidden key- that's Ok. If there were a trap and a false hiding place- that's plausible. Combination lock? Sure.

But seriously, NOBODY would use multiple hidden buttons scattered behind paintings to get an altar to slide away because to use it, you'd have to run all over the room before the getaway. Why would somebody make that? To provide minions employment? To make sure the getaway is slowwww? To demonstrate the location of the secret buttons to the congregation?

Nobody would plausibly make a door that requires you to trot round a courtyard through illusionary trees to find a lever.

What, are villians secretly after cardio???

Clearly, they are fed up with puzzles too.

key in the celler is in the book that you are not supposed to read. Burn the body people are crying around. I didn't think any of those puzzles were hard. I did have hell of time with Source Temple though.

Yes Villians are out to get you!

still can't find the body. Is it inside the Inn or outside.
