The Wishing Brother quest - lost/sold the spell?

So I reached the last part of the questline, I killed Boreas and looted the treasure room. Now, on the Journal it says that I have found the spell and should use on the well to complete it, problem is I can't find the scroll anywhere. No character has it in its inventory, it's not in my personal chests and I have no idea if I sold it by mistake because it looked like a generic piece of paper.
Am I ♥♥♥♥♥♥? :(

Yeah I know it's optional but it bothers me to know that I can't finish it lol

go check the vendors that u sell to....they have the tendency to keep stuff u sell.

I've always had problems with these kind of scrolls because of how invisible they get in people's inventories. I suggest you double check everyone's inventories just to be sure. The name of the scroll is "Well Teleportation Scroll".

I'm not sure if quest items can be sold, but if so, vendors will hold anything you sell to them for a long time, if not forever, so check back with whoever you did business with most recently. If you accidentaly sold it, they will have it.

If you dropped it somewhere, you will need to backtrack everywhere you have gone whilst holding down left alt key to easily spot things. Dropped items don't disappear in this game, so it's somewhere.

I'm having the same issue. Is there a chance the patch has something to do with it? Happened right around the same time.

Kaname, not sure if this will help you too, but I was fortunate to find my spell right after I posted. I remembered I got an additional elemental store/zone at the end of time where I sold it and had not thought of checking back there. Maybe you did same thing.

I have this problem, but I have tried everything and cannot make it appear or find it. I don't even sell my scrolls. Ironically because I think "better hold on to it, it could be useful". I am just about sure to call it a bug. I just wanna bring the brothers together :(

If you've crafted spell scrolls, you've more than likely used the teleportation spell as an ingredient for those.
