Killed Kadracaz but Ralphie still says nothing new. Bug?

I killed him in Silverglen Lucallan along with 2 miners to free Ralphie. But he doesn't reward me anything. Is it because I had Madora initiated the fight? Or I attacked a miner first then Kadracaz? Arhu the cat won't shut the f up in the background during the whole battle. "Pssst its me Arhu." He won't talk with me anymore either and keeps relooping his text. Anyone else get this? Alfie just keeps using the pre kill text. No reward. Me cranky.

You need to talk to Ralphie while the two of them are on route from the desert to Silverglen. He'll ask you to free him and you can then kill Kadraskaz. If they reach Silverglen, you can't complete that quest anymore.

Sequence break. If you enter Silverglen too early and talk to Arhu at the entrance, he'll appear back at the entrance when you enter later on but won't let you talk to him anymore. That's at least one way for it to happen.
