Is the Source Saga with DoS 1 and Dos 2 the way to go?

Is getting the source saga for $22 the best way to get both games? Is seems like they are missing stuff, but is the missing stuff just non game related content?

I don't believe it's missing anything important, since the game didn't really introduce any expansions or the like to be left out. It doesn't have the older, outdated, games in the package but you probably wouldn't want to play those, anyway.
