Yellow exclamation marks above characters head?
I'm playing the game on the PS4 and I know this is steam forum, but just on the off-chance that anyone might know the answer - the yellow exclamation mark above my characters heads, what am i supposed to do with them. I've pressed every button on the controller but nothing happens, and eventually they disappear. I feel like I'm missing something vital.
Thanks in advance.

That means there is a conversation to be had among your party, usually after story-related events. Click on a character other than the one you are controlling to talk to them.

The way that you answer gives traits to your 2 main chars. The traits give you extra bonuses that are very beneficial. Be mindful.

and if you dont act on opportunity reasonably quickly it'll be gone. it may look like just chance to role play but it can give significant benefits such as combat buffs.

Thanks, but I'm not sure how to click on a character when playing on the PS4, there's no cursor or mouse to move over a character.

I don't know anything about targeting on the console version, but I do know that the exclamation marks sometimes remain when they are not supposed to.

Ah, missed tha PS4 part. There HAS to be a way to talk to your characters, maybe push the analog stick button? Or walk right up to them and pick the Talk button, not sure how they mapped the controls.

How do you target an item for pick-up? Do that same thing to a party member instead of an item and they will talk to you.

Thanks for that. I was thinking it was more complicated that it was
- move the characters next to each other close enough to cause a prompt and then press X. Many thanks again :)
