Console Commands?

So, playing the game with a friend, and we each have a character reset potion. My friend, who is playing a Rogue, has noticed countless times that he could attack twice or move and attack once, but with just 1 Speed more, he could get those 2 attacks in while moving.

Looking at his Attributes, we realized his Strength was 1 higher than it should be, and we remembered that early on in the game, he had raised it in order to equip Cleavers, but then he abandoned them, as we learned you cannot backstab with them, apparently (although he never noticed right away, hence why we didn't just load an old save and undo the distribution).

After using the reset potion, everything went fine and he got the Attributes he wanted... but then we realized that the potion had completely wiped his Skill list. Unforuntately, this means spending a ridiculous amount of gold that would set us back significantly, just to get the abilities we had already bought, but wouldn't have anymore, so we just reloaded in before using it, and gnored the potion for now.

Anyway, this brings me to the reason for this thread. We're not really interested in cheating, but it's a little disappointing to not be able to reset our builds (now that we have a better understanding of how the game and its mechanics function) without ruining our skills, and basically crippling the rest of our playthrough.

In short, we we're wondering if there was a way to add Skill Books (or at least the gold to buy them back) through Console Commands or something similar? Playing the game using "Epic Encounters" Mod, if that matters any (that might have been where the character reset potion came from), which is difficult enough without suddenly becoming broke, haha.

There's no console but you can use cheatengine to respec on the fly.
