You don't need specific tenebrium weapons to destroy the blood stone, you only need tenebrium (=shadow) damage.
Tenebrium damage can also be put on weapons with the crafting system, but you need Tenebrium ability level 3 to do that. If you're lucky and found a ring with +1 Tenebrium on it, you'd have to invest a single ability point on one character to get Tenebrium to 3.
(You have done the quest or read the book already I assume.)
The crafted tenebrium damage is much higher than on tenebrium weapons (30% vs. 20% of weapon damage) and regular weapons do not have the tenebrium requirement. Tenebrium weapons cannot be further improved with crafting or blacksmithing.
If you 'cleared' Sacred Stone, you should have enough tenebrium ore to melt into bars.
