Excellent Cameo Voice Actors
This game has some surprising cameo voice actors:
goblin trader Kadraskaz (wandering near Silverglen) - Andy Serkis / Gollum
guard Marius (Cyseal guard Ninnius' friend) - Sean Connery

Alas, I also found myself quoting some vendor blather that stuck in my head..
No one has as many friends as the man with many cheeses... Not in the mood for cheese? That excuse has as many holes as this fine Gorgombert... Be the big cheese on your block with a wheel of the good stuff...

Larian got some top-notch voice actors for this game. Impressive.

Yes, some of the voice actors are great indeed (although I doubt they really got Sean Connery in this game, LOL).

On the other hand, some of the voice actors are like nails on a chalkboard. I can't stand the one who kept telling me about my "tard eye" and "potions to enstussle you" or whatever such gibberish nonsense she keeps shouting.

That's Cylia the enchantress in the Cyseal market. lol - She's saying "thank Astarte"; her inflection is raised for emphasis like: "ah-STAR-tay."

Some voice routines are the most obnoxious to hear ad nauseum. The cheese seller really isn't as bad as some others. And I can listen to Alfie and Ralfie chat all day.

"Let's see... halibut..sheep's cheese..tomatoes..."

If I hear that line one more time...

Yeah, in the Enhanced Edition they apparently had this weird obsession with having EVERY line of dialogue be voiced - including narration. Some of the voices are fine, others can get grating after a while. Especially the towns/markets where NPCs repeat the same 2-3 lines forever every 10 seconds. I can't believe that got past playtesting and nobody had a problem with it.
