Luculla Mines Death Knights CAN be killed
So I really did not enjoy playing this area with the invincible Death Knights and it seems some others did not as well. Especially if you want to check out all the loot in the area.

So, what you should do is, dodge them all like normal and play up to the round stone circle just before The Conduit pops up. Instead of activating her, teleport a character to the stairs on the other side with the teleport spell thus bypassing the encounter. Now use that character to loot the stuff on off to the left and continue to mirror portal. After using it, your team will be reunited. Now play normally again, go and get the anti-Death Knight spell etc., and use the mirror portals to leave the mines. Now you can re-enter the mines (walk in or Way Portal) as they haven't been destroyed.

Now use the spell to help you destroy the Death Knights get sweet extra gear and bonus xp, and explore at your leisure! When you feel like it, you can go and activate the Conduit encounter (needs to be activated to complete a quest). Note as an added bonus she fails to summon the three Death Knights to chase you, looks like she actually summons the existing ones, but you've already dispatched them ;)

So it's still painful sneaking past them, but now you can come back for revenge. Enjoy!

Can confirm. This worked great.

Completely sus. Don't care if someone "can confirm." This is sus as all hell. 1. That's way too much of a sequence break 2. Leandra popping up and talking is part of why the spell + getting the blood (so that spell actually works...) even becomes a topic 3. by the time you've played up to getting her vial of blood there's no reason loot wise to go back. I suppose if this actually worked you'd HAVE to to advance the questline, but then, this sounds like BS to begin with.

Not BS. It's just cheating/bug. The event with Leandra will trigger the lava to overfill the mines. So, by skipping the event via teleporting across the trigger zone, players can come back to the mine whenever they feel like it. I did it a couple times for the idea of exp. Overall, this trick is only recommended for reruns, as I don't recommend new players skipping this part of the dialogue.

The teleport is really strict/tricky. The range of the zone you have to get to, inorder to avoid the trigger, is quite far. I don't remember if I ever got through with teleport spell. The best and furthest method to teleport is by throwing/telekinesis the pyramid, which I use... I think (=.=)

I didn't notice any difference or didn't see any reason to come back to trigger the lava. Quest lines don't work that way with this game, and the scene only gives lore. So if you want to come back, great! If not or players forgot to, nothing happens.
