Resurrect is a teleport type spell, you first choose the target to resurrect (teleport) and with the second click you choose *where* to resurrect the dead party member, i.e. the teleport target location.
The game will not let you choose lava as the target location.
(Not saying that the driver has a bug, could be the game too that does not work well with a certain driver. My personal opinion is that the Enhanced Edition is not nearly as stable with DX11 as Classic was with DX9.)
Unless Larian's Raze or someone who had the same problem shows up here, it might be best to ask in Larian's forum.
If one character linked to the dead one uses a teleporter pyramid to teleport to the other (on the ground or in a different party member's inventory) that should move the tomebstone, as well.
Try verifying local files: in the Steam library, right click on the game and select Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and then click on the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' button.
If that doesn't help, and you run into this issue again, you can email supportdos@larian.com with your save (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc). If you are using any mods, also include a list of those enabled and/or the modsettings.lsx from your profile folder.
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames_patch' folder.
In Windows Explorer you can zip a file or folder by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder' (and similarly in OSX/Finder).
