Bairdotr I've only used for a couple of hours and maybe she gets better later on but so far she was a waste of time.
Jahan is a beast of a mage, but do keep in mind that you can't do deals with demons or he will leave your party.
I'd recommend getting him and concentrate on Air magic since your main wizard has Water.
Jahan doesn't have Witchcraft as far as I know though but you can spec him that way.
I'm playing with a friend and our party is as follows:
-Cleric (tank/healer)
-Enchanter (Geo/Fire with a bit of witchcraft to summon spider)
-Wulgraff
-Jahan
We're unstoppable, no need for a ranger)
If you go at melee distance the enemy will take every arrow and the damage is huge
Special arrows are nice too.
Scoundrels are worst than other class, and Wolgraff is built toward that archetype, so he's probably the worst of them all.
With proper skill point investment the guy can hasten, go invisible and move across the battlefield in one turn, all while saving points for the next one to do some very nasty backstabs and inflict bleeding.
He can also learn a skill that allows him to COMPLETELY ignore surface damage for quite a few turns, making him immune to walking on fire, ice, poison puddles and electrified water. He's insanely useful.
I wrote this guide and the "overview" in it with threads like this in mind...
