Stuck in Black Cove?
I was in Black Cove, pressing the switches in order (at least I hope, I'm quite new to the game) to fight Pontius Pirate. After pressing the Ominous Switch and being teleported to a seeminly deserted area save for a skeleton, whose letter read that no escape existed, I decided to just use the Rift Travel on the right hand side to go back to the entrance - thinking it was the same as the Exotic Switch from earlier. :steamfacepalm:
My question is, is there a way to return to this area, as the switch is now inert? Or am I forced to return to an earlier save (which is not entirely desirable, for I have been saving over my last autosave for the past two days)?
Any help is greatly appreciated. :steamhappy:

First, did you find the chest hidden in the bushes on the peak you were teleported to? Second, did you find the switch in those same bushes that sends you back to the cave waypoint? The switches are all a one time deal; once used they become inert. Thee is no specific order to pushing them and only one opens the skull door to the ship.

That area you were teleported to is not a place you need to go back to. The switch you need to get to Pontius is not in the big room with all the switches. It's hidden just outside the room in some bushes.

I didn't find the chest, or the switch, but thank you both because I didn't see the blood-stained switch after minutes of searching before. I thought the deal was like with the other switches that (or may have appeared to) reveal the others.
Many thanks for clearing that up for me!
Could anyone give me the x-y coordinates of the switch on the small island that you are teleported to by the Ominous Switch? I found the chest on that little island, but the switch to get me out of there, I cannot find. I have moved my mouse line by line over the little forest, hoping to see the switch outlined, but I don't see it.
Never mind, I found the switch. I had to walk around randomly on the north side of the island, because the switch can only be seen at a near distance from my character.
