So... Raddagoth...

Hey there,

Got to this boss fight while trying to enter Evelyn's hideout on the misterious murder quest. Tried to argue the guy to not fight our group, but every time I lose on the rock paper scissors minigame.

Anyways, I don't think I have enough spells for this fight - only have Jahan as spellcaster. My chars are melee and ranged (bow) and Madora also as melee.

When I get to the point when I can kill all his argile warriors without losing my chars - the sand warriors stun my chars every time -, I can't stun him or even hit him, and then he summon his minions again, vanishes, and then I get wiped.

Do you recommend any strategy or something else on this fight? Should I level up or try getting another char to the fight? Maybe use a specific spell to make this spoony bard appear or quickly deal with the sand warriors? On the early days I would be able to figure this one out, but I guess I'm getting old or this game is way more brutal than I have imagined :)

Hit him while he's lying down without talking to him. Use oil to slow him down and set the area afire to break his invisibility. Use grenades and unchain your party before attacking to position them. Scrolls help if you don't have hybrid melee characters.

Highly depends on the level your team is, when you meet him. It can be more comfortable to get one level more. If you explore this beach after black cove, for example, etc

This fight is not that hard, once you have enough control skills to zap most of the minions (just ignore the boss at first, he vanish anyways), you can kill'em easily without wasting too much skills (cause you have to spare some for the second round).
Summoned creatures may also help a lot.

Thanks for the help guys. I believe I have a summon Golem spell, will give it a shot. I also believe that I have a side quest to explore a cave near Cyseal' Beach, is that the one you mention?

I was able to defeat Arhu's robot without problems, thought this boss fight against Raddagoth would be easy... Anyway, thanks again!

The beach/cave i mentioned are on south-west of the Cyseal Map, you go there by the city door near the haven. At the end of the beach, there's a cave, and a lot of xp to gain ;)

both beaches (south west and north west) are lvl 6.

You can also try to gain xp by exploring the church area, east of Cyseal, but you may have to sneak, cause this area is for lvl 7/8.

You could take a look at the vendors in Cyseal market to get a few potions/scrolls to make the fight easier. Also, you can finish a few quests inside the quest aside from all the battle xp.
