Orcs in Evelyn's Lair

So I beat the RPS, shot them in the back as they were leaving, beat them after a grueling fight, entered the other room, started a fight with those guys had a party member get killed immediatley by fireballs, then loaded my last save... Which was before the Orc fight as they were walking away...

So I decided to upgrade my gear and do some other stuff in Silverglen before going through all that again and immediately teleported out without thinking.

Two hours later I came back discover the Orcs had vanished! Do they show up later in the game so I can kill them for XP? I never left them alive before and the internet isn't helpful. I found one post saying they supposedly turned up in Hunters Edge, but I took a quick look around there and I can't seem to find them...

And to answer the obvious questions I had a character with sneak 6 take a looong walk at level 4. This is an EE playhrough, so leaving Cyseal officially at level 8 doesn't neccesarily break the game.

Sadly I'm pretty sure that, when the RPS is beaten, they are scripted to walk out of line of sight and remove themselves from the game. Your first approach is the only way to both beat the RPS and kill them.
