There is a button on the wall away from the shrine once the traps are off. Press it.

thats just it i press use on the trap then disarm it yeet the fireballs never quit raining down i pick die quickly

From game banshee:

If you interact with the pavilion, then it will ask you if you wish to die, and, if so, quickly or slowly? If you say "yes," then lava traps and Meteor Showers will appear in the area (either quickly or slowly) until you die or move away. While this is going on, a button will appear on the boulder next to the path leading up to the pavilion. If you press the button (waiting for a lull in the lava trap in front of it) then a chest will appear. You'll find a couple of random items inside the chest.

You can use winged feet on your scoundrel to traverse the lava and get to the button. You can also have one party member go to the pavilion and step off to the side when the trap triggers. Then have the rest of you party at the bottom out of range of the lava/meteors and have one teleported to the button. Or a melee character with battering ram can shoot self to button during lava lull.

thanks for replying ive did this like 20 times.I use rogue winged feet cick use trap, no chest drops, tried disarming trap, no chest, tried clicking use trap no chest, ive tried it every diff way im about to record me doing it an put it on my utube channel so u can see ..i dont know why im obsessing over this but i have epic teir level google fu i did 40 searches an not one result pops up with a problem
