DVD stolen without having watched it, now stuck and no chance to progress [Spoilers inside]

It seems that it is possible to get mugged without having watched the DVD about "Paul's Theft Stunt". This results in being stuck at 8pm, because you can't trigger

Was at Third-Eye when Paul pulled the stunt (Paul's Theft Stunt) x Was on Holiday when Liam Died (Liam's Death)


Just wanted to leave that here, so the developer can fix this problem, that certainly not a lot of people will run into.
