Is it me or does Inspector Jenks sound like David Tennant and does Paul Rand sound like Alan Rickman?

I agree on Ispector Jenks. The maneurism does look like David Tennant.

Paul Rand still sounds like Kerr Avon, from Blake's 7 (played by the same actor, Paul Darrow).

Paul Rand sounded a bit like Christopher Lee to me. It was awsome.

I still say Alan Rickman. If Alan hadn't gotten the role for Snape, the guy playing Paul Rand could and it would have the same effect.
