Fish puzzle

Going around in circles literarly trying to do the gold fish puzzle in the swamp. Any ideas how to complete. Walkthrough dos not work. ive tried it.

I don't know if that is the same guide but it worked for me.
Just compare the pictures if the arrow movement is unclear (which it is...)

omg ty for the posts - my pride burns when I have to use a walkthrough - but this one was making me dizzy - yes the arrows werent clear tho i used the following pic to see what position the fish ended up in to make sense of the arrows - thx again

The hardest and most annoying puzzle of the whole game for sure. Took me a good ten minutes of pure and clueless trial & error :-/
