JoyToKey not working ingame

So I have a PS3 GH controller, and I mapped the keys in JTK and it works, I can write with it, press enter and stuff, but not in game, in the game it just doesnt work, can someone tell me why?

hmm...it sounds like the game's overriding Joy2Key for some reason...dunno why it would do that, sorry.

The only advice I can give is try another program like Joy2Key. The one I reccomend is AntiMicro[github.com].

Hey I fixed it, just runed it as admin and windows XP comp.

Thanks that was the fix, I tested joytokey to control default layout WASD in half life, for the moment is the best type of control I found, others are buggy like steam controller, but i couldn get used to control a first person shooter with a gamepad

Run JoyToKey as Administrator.

Why are you using joytokey? You can use steam to configure your controller. I create a configuration for my bluetooth controller using big picture mode and it's working
