If you don't have the online DLC and have bought the game before it became free, you will receive it soon, I am currently contacting steam and will get this issue resolved shortly thank you!

Please do not purchase the DLC if you bought the game before, only if you are a new player.

The game is finally free to play everyone can enjoy it as it is, the online DLC is out as well allowing new players to create and play levels online!
