The good news is that multiplayer actually works at all! Given everything else about this port, the overall lack of mention of it, and in fact removal of things in the description that implied multiplayer worked I was kind of worried it wouldn't, but I connected a second controller and it seemed to work.
If your controller is XInput-based and you can get it recognized as Controller 2, you may be able to play with just one controller and a keyboard. Frankly I have no idea if you can get the keyboard recognized as anything but player one.
If you didn't think that you would be playing a console port using game pads which would be the best way to play this then you are stupid. Seriously many games released on Steam these days are better played with a controller. Get a clue.
I played zesteria with keyboard + 2p with controller, but hey you only came to call me stupid,
@WTfantastico I got no clue if it still follows player 1 :D need to get a second controller to figure it out, (maybe you can turn of auto zoom)
@Ben thank you for the response :), ill go get a second controller then, I hoped it would be more like zesteria but guess that was to high of a expentation :D and yeah when I went to check it said no local coop or anything in the store page >.>
I've not actually tried it on PC but I've played some 100 hours of coop on PS3.
