Giving Zelos or Kratos wings! [game spoilers itt]
During boss fights against them, both Kratos and Zelos have wings, like Colette does. It doesn't effect how they move, it's merely cosmetic. But when they rejoin your party, their wings are always deactivated.

Is there a way to mod the game so that they can fight with their wings out? I know their wings can come out briefly during Mystic Artes, but that's not what I'm talking about here.

That would require model work, which no one has done for the PC version.

Would it be as simple as copy/pasting the boss models or no? I've seen stuff where people "unlock" Rutee from Tales of Destiny, who was unused in the cameo battle, by replacing a normal playable character with her model.

What do you mean? When you fight them they have their wings out.

^ This is what I was thinking. Their boss forms, with the same movesets as their party member versions, have wings!
