I have just defeated shadow (temple of darkness)

when i left the temple i had a cutscene where they said i need to visit all towns before defeating the last summon spirit

the last summon spirit is the spirit of light

Which towns do i need to visit?
and what do i do to find the summon spirit of light?

The going to different towns part is optional, it was added in the ps2/ps3/steam versions.

-Ozette
-Altamira
-Altessa's House
-Mizuho

To get the summon spirit of light, visit nova's caravan which (at that stage of the game) will be near hakonesia peak in sylvarant and talk to everyone there. you'll then need an exsphere shard which you can get from either dirk or altessa. after that, find the tree sapling which is somewhere around the sylvarant renegade base in triet, on higher ground. go to the tree to activate the cutscene and you'll be able to summon aska.

after that, just go to the tower of mana and make your way to the top.
