Lags and blurry.
I must apologize in advance for my English. I started playing recently and I feel like I have a few lags. The quality of the graphics is a bit blurry too. My current screen resolution is 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.

I am looking forward to hearing from anyone. Thank you.

Thank you. I currently have the driver version 388.59 for Nvidia GTX 1060. I think this is the latest version on the website. Do you have any other recommendations for me?

Hey
Did you get game fixed?

You are not seeing things; the PC version of the game as always stuttered a bit, and the last patch gave the game some kind of inherent aliasing and a soft touch on the textures; set the anti-aliasing as high as you can. Make sure the game is actually set to your resolution too, I play it on a laptop connected to a 1920 x 1080 monitor and it sometimes starts at 1600 x 900. As you might guess, this was initially a terrible port that eventually became passable.

If higher anti-aliasing still does not do it for you, download the newest version of this fan fix, it will fix the stuttering:

There is a version that works with the final patch, but the newest includes an older .exe (before the aliasing and softness) and anti-aliasing options in its own .ini file, as it was not officially implemented unti the last patch because the skeleton crew left to fix the mess was not having a good... year or given much time.

Thank you very much for your response, I will look into that as soon as I can. It is late here at the moment, I can not try until later in the day.
