However, if you do prefer chronicles, PS3 is probably your best bet. PC is just very convenient for a lot of people. Dispite what others may say, I still see people having black screen issues, controller issues, and late game achievements not unlocking sometimes.
So for me personally that's where PC falls short.
I personally haven't had any problems with the PC version, for what it's worth.
The Gamecube version is 60 fps but it has it has lesser content. PC and PS3 has more content because they are remasters. Going just with PS3 is okay, PC is just more convenient for people.
Plus you can play using a controller! (I can't imagine playing this on a keyboard)
EDIT: When I played it on the gamecube for the dozens of playthroughs, I found battles to be in semi slo-mo (about 20% slower) when I compared it to videos I saw on youtube, it always bugged me that I couldn't have a fluent battle speed like I was watching.

You may also want this, it increases the volume of the additional artes that weren't in the gamecube version, both party and bosses, so that you can actually hear them
