Lloyd has nothing that special but Personal (lvl2) is a must for him unless you like to move slow and admire the scenery, I also have Add Combo (lvl3) / Follow-up (lvl4) and Ability Plus (lvl4).

I also use spirit up for Genis and Raine.
For Regal I'd say his best setup is to just give him the compound skill Glory, which makes it so he doesn't stagger. Lets you really wail on stuff without caring especially if you know how to spell cancel.
