@Nick
LukeBu has offered a good guesstimate. As a 6-man team we will always be working on whatever we can that's most productive, and sometimes we can end up needing to wait for other teammates to finish something before we move on to the next task. So while the UI overhaul is taking priority over new DLC features, it's likely that artists or programmers will end up waiting on one another and can move on to DLC and Kickstarter Backer Reward-related tasks.
Because the port is our most time-sensitive goal it will likely come first, but we'll have lots of other progress on the DLC by the time it ships and I don't think it'll be that much longer before the DLC releases after that!
Pledging at the Dungeon Veteran or higher tiers is a great way to see behind-the-scenes as things develop, long before the Switch version is released.
Which is a shame 'cuz I'd love to help with the Custom Achievement perk
