• Added an employee needs system: employees now need to eat, use the bathroom, and take breaks for entertainment.

• Implemented bank loans, allowing the player to borrow money and repay it over time.

• Added a new Finance view, including financial graphs and a detailed balance sheet.

• Introduced notifications to inform the player of important events.

• Added in-game events, such as viral online content or cyberattacks, affecting the company.

• Decorative objects can now apply area modifiers impacting employees working within their zone.

• Reworked the requirement system:

  • Requirements no longer impact component tiers.

  • They now grant bonuses directly to employees instead.
