What is the difference?

The game just went on sale today and I have been meaning to try this game forever and I would like to know the difference between the standard and apex edition of the game. Is there some sort of bonus in apex? I dont expect much since this is Ubisoft but I wanna be sure.

The only real difference is you get 3 extra missions as an elephant with the apex version which frankly kinda suck. I'd say save the buck and just get the normal version. Also the apex version gives you access to certain things you'd have to craft equivalents to otherwise so makes the game a bit easier if you use them.
