What do you do when you finish a visual novel that moved you? Many players report a sense of "post game depression" where they find it hard to start anything else. This emotional lingering is a testament to the power of the medium. It is also something we think about when designing our endings.

We want our stories to leave a lasting impression. This doesn't always mean a happy ending. Sometimes a bittersweet or tragic conclusion stays with the reader much longer. We are focusing on creating "complete" arcs that don't leave you feeling like the story was cut short. We want you to feel a sense of closure, even if that closure is difficult to swallow.
