Trainium Edition first DLC?

I'm a little confused about this. I assumed Trainium Edition was like a season pass? But the new DLC they just added I don't own so what exactly do you get in the Trainium Edition as DLC if not the new DLC that just arrived? Or when it says "First DLC" is that talking about Trainium Edition upgrade?

Sorry for the confusion about this -
you won´t have to buy the DLC, and will be able to access it ingame.
Please make sure you updated the game accordingly (if you did, ingame you should have a new option "start DLC").

Currently the Trainium Edition DLC gives you all needed content, but the DLC won´t be listed as seperate entry in your steam libary. We understand this is not the usual approach, and will look into changing this (if possible). Sorry for the inconvinience!

TLDR the new DLC is included in the Trainium Edition

Weird because I own Trainium edition, however, it claims I don't have the new DLC for it. New West Heist. Also, anyone know what other DLC, if any is planned for the future?

Steam shows that i dont own it aswell.
steam shows i own the Trainium edition and the Trainium edition upgrade
it shows the dlc at the game main menu if you click start DLC

It would be nice to mark the DLC as owned if you already have the Trainium Edition. I had to lookup this information on the discussion boards because I didn't understand why I didn't own the "New West" DLC, since the Trainium Edition description clearly stated that it includes the first DLC released.

and it shows that you have DLC, but won't start till you finish base game campaign, till this time you even don't know the name od this "first" DLC

I have sent email to developer with question what DLC is in trainium upgrade, unfortunately I haven't received any answer
