James Berry
I can't find him after having him arrested while trying to get him to Atlanta. I found him at night in Cleveland and on the way to Atlanta he got arrested. Now I have both quests open on the quests panel but I can't find him anywhere?

Anyone experience this?

We have investigated this issue today. Unfortunately when James Berry is busted, there is a bug, that these quest do not fail.

But you still can find Samuel. If you deliver James Berry to the point of destination, he tells you where exactly is Samuel. If James die in battle or became arrested, a new quest should appear - find Samuel without clue, where is he now. But even without this quest, you still can search cities - he is in one of the North-Western cities

I did happen to find him in that city by chance and continue down that quest line, but now the James Berry quest (The Prisoner) is permanently on my quest panel. Not a huge issue but just informing you guys. Thanks for the great game!

I enjoy the game, but restarting the campaign 2 days in a row. When you have only played the game 2 times is a bit frustrating.

i underdand. I had in early official release similair feeling. my tactics went wrong because they changed a lot after early acces dec 2016. Until know tactic is indead city contracts. quest for money and xp. I too , half or maybe a weak be near end game. That were i personal like. fighting the armies, Open bank deposits. buying all the buildings in cities were possible to be a big corperate railcompany agglomeraat, all the states. even if bored i not have not travel train te get money, only the time is not doing anything so that will not work ;-) or i must skip time in the cities:$
