What should i do after gauly got arrested?

After Gauly was arrested i used the boat to travel to Ravel Port but i couldnt use the boat again. The sailer says "i cant let you aboard". I guess i must do something before i can use it again but what does it is?
Can someone help me?

do you have a save before you took the boat, if so go back to where Gauly was arrested and then I think you have to go and talk with someone either at the Temple, the Brigade or at the Capital on that side of the river before you can cross

No, I saved it after i used the boat. Is this a bug or something?
Can I start the game from the beginning?

no. no bug you have to get the permission from the king to be able to travel back and forth and yes if you do not have a save maybe it would be better to re-start the game

Where or how will I find the king? I talked to every NPC in the towns where I`m able to travel. Nobody gave me the permission again to travel.
Maybe you mean the scene where the prince gave the ticket after we killed an anormaly?

I restarted the game abaout 3 times, but I`m not able to travel again. The sailer still says that he cant let me aboard.

I'm having the same issue. After Gaully was arrested by Randall I went back to the armorsmith and cannot travel back to the capital. Kind of weird because I made this same trip before Gaully was arrested and had no issues. This seems like a bug relating to Gaully being the key to travel from Revel Port but not from the capital.

Same issue.
A side note, I went back to the broken bridge where the ticket bandits ran to. There is a new NPC who I bought a gold watch from. It belongs to the noble. Who you return it to in the same town as the boat. Is this what bugs the boat tickets? You get the watch in the spot you get the boat ticket back from the bandits.
