I have finished symphony no 3 and cant progress on story anymore. Symphony no 4 says "to be continued". I have maxed everyones bond and i just dont know what else to do

It's been 3 days, I only see the red curtains when i launch the game... I even let the game open for 30 mins.. nothing... I played 2 chapters so far... I also tried to uninstall the game and re-install on the steam...I don't know what could possibly block the game? Is there some people in the same situation and got a solution please. Thanks...

May I ask how multiplayer co-op works in this game? Is it possible to play through the story together? I connected two controllers, but I can’t find any option that allows multiple players to play together. Also, some parts of the interface don’t seem to support controller input, such as the settings menu....
