City of London Helix Glitch impossible

The Lower South-East Corner of City of London has a Helix Glitch that's unattainable. I've tried grappling from the top of both factories but the grapple points doesn't let me zip to the exact top of the other factory and the only part of Evie/Jacob it touches is their hook hand which I think is weird that i'm not getting it

Help? Is this a bug or am i dumb

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know you're having this issue, sorry to hear you're having some difficulty getting that Helix glitch.

We've not had reports for a glitch like this, could you please keep trying to collect the Helix as you'll need to be lined up just right to collect them.

If the issue continues, however, please feel free to provide us with a short video of you trying to collect it, as well as a screenshot of where this is located on the map.

With that, we can investigate further.

I would suggest either uploading it to a file sharing site like Google Drive or iCloud or for the video, you could also upload it to a video streaming site like YouTube or Vimeo and make the link accessible for us.
Whichever works best for you :)

I found a tutorial somewhere saying that you have to shimmy right under the glitch to collect it which worked
