For some reason, I cannot rotate the last gear in the puzzle ( top right gear ), when I get to that point, the gear just will not move. I have restarted the game, restarted my computer, and even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. This has happened every single time.

Is this still the case after reducing your refresh rate to 60hz?
