Funny how the Ubisoft Peoples here just write in every half year just to congrats us that we had get it to work ourself... maybe they should fix first there old games... before make some "Back to the Roots" Assassins Creed x Portal Crossover (Yeah... the teleport moves/kills in Mirage are... weird and had nothing to do with Back to the Root)
I was expecting a down-to-earth AC1 like... not some Basim who conjures his way around with some spaced out Portal mechanics
I was happy to get this game for free recently because I wanted to play a more AC like game than Origins, Odyssey or Valhalla. Well... I liked Odyssey (from an RPG perspective), Origins was ok for a quick playthrough - would never play it again... but Valhalla... ya well... never finished it... simply too much of everything in inevitable length and extent, feeling a bit as if being trapped in an endless loop of repeating the same over and over in different ways, different areas, different dreams and different intoxications, always finding myself look for the leitmotif just to never really find it and then finding myself running here and there without any plan or sense missing story, flair and excitement...
But not so sure now whether I am ever going to finish AC Syndicate...
Was somehow looking forward to get Mirage some day at a reasonable price - most games bore me to death after short time of playing, so paying full price never is an option for me. After reading your post (@M4D_MAXX_) I am pretty sure I will wait long enough to get it as cheep as possible... Rush assassination does not sound like a back to the roots game to me :)
But yeah way to much filled in a way to big world. The opposite Issue were Unity, way too much stuff packed and stuffed in a small map of paris... you had walk 1m and came from one thing to another...
from 1 to Origins i played all games... and Unity was the worse of all, and Vallhalla i dont buy atall. Excited how Odyssey get
Thank you for your message and potential solution.
Can you confirm it fixes this glitch every time when you keep running during the game loading?
Hopefully, other player can verify it as well.
I tried anything, at the end it just works after a dozens of Trial and error... I almost were at a point were I would give up... Its just hilarious development back the day, and I read about this error from different posts. And yes Ubi, also back the days from active development, after the release, and not only the past years
Ofcourse not, because its not triggered by this, I guess its just coincidence after a lot of trial and error... a real fix would be, fix it by the devs, back in the day ^^
This issue was not easy to reproduce and did not happen very often for the game team to be able to investigate properly and fix.
Besides, active development of Assassin's Creed Syndicate ended several years ago, and there are no plans for any further updates.
I hope your trial and error let you pass this particular quest and it will not happen to you again.
I double air assassinated them on my first attempt and apparently that didn't count as a double assassination. I'm very upset about it. 🙃
