Jacob and Evie's costume colors will not change

Anyone have a suggestion or reason for costume and cape colors not changing when I select them? I did a file verify and no joy there. I am on a PC, win 10 pro, GTX 1080 ti graphics running ultra. This is not a game changing issue.

Hey there Skiwillgee and Rcmedia, thanks for your posts about this. I understand you've had trouble changing the colours of Evie and Jacob's outfits.

Please note that not all items can be recoloured. The base game ones should be able to be recoloured, but any unlockable content ones (such as DLC or legacy outfits) will be locked to that colour.

Please also see this support article[www.ubisoft.com], which says a few words about what can be changed.

Can you give me an example of an item you are trying to recolour, as well as what happens when you try to recolour it? It would help to have some screenshots showing what happens, as this will help me best see how to advise you. Here's our screenshots guide[www.ubisoft.com] to help with that.

it depends on the outfit as the dlc or uplay reward outfits can't have there color changed
