for anyone still running in to issues with this mission, it seems to be related to your fps, set the game to 60hz and vsync on to lock the game to 60 fps and the cutscene should trigger

The 60Hz trick worked for me too. Changed it back afterwards

So that we can see exactly what you see, would it be at all possible to share a link to a video using a 3rd party video sharing website?

Im goin thru this right now and I can't progress in the game!!! can someone help me !Please ??? I talke the spy and he gets up and just stands there ...if i let him get to street he attacks and dies everytime ;(

I'm sorry to hear you are also experiencing an issue with this mission.

Can you confirm if you have tried the workarounds suggested in this thread that have worked for other players?

it only worked with CPU 0 for me, also if you don't see "set affinity" on ASC application you have to hit details to see that option.
