Assassins Creed: Playing Politics "Tackling the Spy" Bug

I have noticed a bug. In the mission "Playing Politics", when you have to tackle the spy, nothing happens. He just gets up as if nothing happens. I saw a video and a scene is supposed to happen, but that does not happen to me. I have restarted the game, my PC, and verify the integrity of the game multiple times and nothing works. I saw a discussion on this same problem around 2 years ago and no one seemed to help the person having the problem. I have tried even killing the spy and nothing happens. I have restarted the memory and mission and the problem still happens. Please, if anyone knows how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate some help. You cannot leave the mission and you are stuck on it until you finish it, so I am stuck and I cannot continue playing the game unless I get passed this bug. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with this particular mission.

So that we can see exactly what you see, would it be at all possible to share a link to a video using a 3rd party video sharing website?

Actually... It works now. I do not understand how it all of a sudden started working.... I guess we do not need to worry about this.. Thanks for seeing my post!

So im doing the politic mission thing and everything works until I have to chase and tackle the spy, when I do he just gets up and stands there. If I let him get away it tells me to fight him, when I do I get desycronized

Yea, this is definitely still an issue.

While the game is running, before you tackle the spy go to task manager, right click on ac syndicate then go to set affinity, at there only choose CPU 1 and tackle the spy. The game will be really laggy but it is the only solution I can find you also can select all CPU options back again after you tackle the spy

also have this bug and it cannot be that you have to do this ♥♥♥♥. This should be fixed ASAP
