Screen incredibly zoomed in

I just got the game, and I opened it for the first time to find that the screen was incredibly zoomed in to the left corner of the game. I can't even access graphics settings to fix the size of the display! What do I do

Sorry to hear that you are encountering a zoomed in screen when you launch the game.

Can I just check whether you are able to access the games video settings if you switch to windowed mode? You can access Windowed mode by pressing Alt and Enter.
